Due to changes in the company functional organization it was necessary to transform the functional structure of its territory as well.
The development concept of the future office complex area "YARD" includes three buildings:
1) The main building of the office complex,
2) Office Building with built-in warehouse part,
3) An administrative&office building adjacent to the main building.
The building design solution implies the creation of an internal landscaped courtyard, which provides a space for meetings, recreation for residents and guests of the complex.
The central promenade is surrounded by multi-level planes with a variety of vegetation. The building adjoining the main office center has a through passage to the inner courtyard, connecting the recreation area of the complex central part with the internal space of the territory and the parking lot.
